新年快乐。我知道h4今年 5月份就可以申请EAD了。我想请教您的问题是：如果h4在2014年的税表上需要付self employment taxes (自己开公司），是不是仍然算身份违例，
-Yes.

会对将来递485造成影响（排期还没到）。
-Depends on how long you worked illegally. You had better go to China to get the H-4 visa to come back before you file I-485, then you will be OK no matter how long you worked illegally.

还是说因为H4 在2015年获得了EAD，移民局从而允许有Self employment, 甚至包括2015年以前都允许有self employment?
-No. Before you get the EAD, any employment is violation of the law.
