老婆的H4延期四个月前file了，后来我的H1B extension approved
Jan 29, 2015 USCIS email说发了RFE,但是我到现在还没收到

Feb 15, 做了SR, Feb 19, USCIS officer 回信说没有退件
Feb 20 做了另一个SR，请求officer再发一个RFE
至今没有回复

昨天去了infopass, 见了field officer, officer 给VSC发了个email查询还没有答复
关键是，根据USCIS的policy memo, I-539只给30天回复，过期就deny了


请问8老师，我还有什么办法么
给议员写信，send congressional request 有没有作用
USCIS网上说Feb 28没收到的话，可以file e request.
那我file了的话，会不会reset 30 day response time.
-You have done what you can and sometimes USCIS just upset you and you can not do anything about it.. If you can not receive the RFE in time and thus, the H-4 is denied, then your spouse may just go to China to get the H-4 visa to come back.

还有两天就到30天大限了，心急如焚
