我外娚accounting master。去年5月毕业。现在在找工作。他的opt8月到期。如果找到工作4月申请和1，8月和10月还有2个月的gap。这怎么办呢？
-As long as he gets the H-1 approval, his OPT will automatically be extended to Oct. 1, 2015. Talk to his School International Student Office after the H-1 is approved, and the Office will put his information into SEVIS and it will be fine.


谢谢啊。 还有，如果转学生身份，有的学校"proprietary institutions with Degree-granting authoriyu(8) " 但是只是accredited by accrediting commission of carrer schools and colleges(accsc) 办f1 行吗？
-Should be fine as long as the school can issue I-20.
