最近给住在中国的妈妈办绿卡-正在填写DS一260。同时要提供出生公证和无犯罪记录公证。可是才发现妈妈的地址有问题：户口、身份证上的地址是一个，我写在I一130是另一个地址。是两个完全不一样的地址，但是是同一个地方。

原因是：楼下的院子门口不知道什么时候叮上去的一块大铁牌，后来邮局也就默认这个地址了- 我填在130上的地址。


我在DS260上必须填写和130上一样的地址。我准备让妈妈去重办这两个公证。
-Put the current address (户口、身份证上的地址)  in the DS 260 and any documents from now on.


请教大侠们，老师们：我妈妈的出生公证和无犯罪公证上的地址该怎么写（中英文），才能说明清楚这个情况？
