EB1A的I-140过了，人不在美国，只能通过consular processing办移民签证。

没有美国的job offer，想用bank statement来作为不会成为public charge的问题。

加入银行账户里存了30~60万美金，够作为证据吗？
-Just try and maybe it is fine if the cash deposit amount meets 5 times of  the 125% poverty line. Also write a statement addressing that you will work in your major area as indicated in the EB-1A I-140 after you enter US using the immigration visa (somewhat details about your research plan, etc.).
Here is the poverty line (I-864P), and because you use cash, it will need 5 times of the required amount:
