急问，父亲旅游签证类型填写一栏请教，多谢！

我在为80岁高龄父亲申请旅游签证。在DS160表里，purpose of trip to US, 我选temp business pleasure visitor(B) , 可是 specify 却有两个分类：（1）business & tourism(temporary visitor (B1/B2)
                     (2) tourism/medical treatment(B2)
如选第二项，我担心签证官乆为我父亲是来看病而拒签。请问我该如何选择？是选第一项，还是第二项？
