我先生在国内，去年在底特律入境时绿卡被收回，现在我在填公民申请，我有他的A number, 在第九页可不可以仍然选他的移民身份是绿卡？

如果不能填，我需要在其他那栏填什么呢？绿卡被没收还是自愿放弃绿卡？
-When his green card was taken away, the CBP officer should have given him a choice whether he voluntarily abandoned green card (file I-407) or went to the immigration court to justify his permanent resident status, right?

Did he do anything about his green card after the card was confiscated by the CBP officer? If no, then just put his status as green card holder in your N-400.

我倾向于填绿卡，这样简单，可是这又是不真实的，会惹麻烦吗？他们查他的A
number会知道他没有绿卡吧？

19，20，21页，这些是面试时再填，所以不用填是吧？
