请问EB2->EB3, 提交485问题

我是EB2降级EB3 申了I-140的, EB3和EB2的140都已经批了, 现在PD(按照port的当是EB2的PD) CURRENT了, 想FILE EB3的485, 那么还用附上EB2 140 approval notice(I797)吗? 还是就附EB3 140 approval notice? 多谢..
