紧急求教8老师，

还有两个星期面签了，给了他们我的新地址。 新的I864 也是新地址。

可是没有和移民正式申报过新地址， 要不要再填送DS-3032 CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT 给移民局？
-May not need to report the new address to USCIS for your parents' case because the procedure nearly completes (actually all the paperwork was completed in USCIS and NVC).

But you need to report about your new address to USCIS for your brother/sister's I-130 case. Send a certified mail letter to them providing the new address. Make certain you include the I-130 receipt number on the letter as well as attach a copy of the I-130 receipt notice. You can check with USCIS 3-4 weeks after sending the letter by calling the National Customer Service line at 1-800-375-5283.
