妈妈的移民申请是九月底递交的，十二月底打的FP。 现在她等不及了想要回中国。我想帮她申请AP。 现在有以下几个问题：
1.像妈妈这样的情况是否可以申请AP？
-Yes.

2.AP一般多久可以下来?
-3 months or so, but if it is urgent, she may go to the local USCIS office to see whether she can get the emergency AP.

3.AP 下来之后，可以回国多久？
-Less than one year.

4.如果用AP再进美国的话，还需申请签证吗?
-No.
