我亲戚正在等待I-485排期，他可以先递交工卡I-765和回乡证申请么？还是这两个申请一定要和I-485捆绑在一起申请的？
-The I-765 and I-131 only can be filed together with the I-485 filing or after I-485 filing (i.e. during I-485 pending).
