老婆485还在pending都3个月了，要从东海岸去西海岸。东西海岸的USCIS office不同

-If her I-485 was filed as your dependent (not the primary green card applicant), then it will be fine and not need to inform USCIS about the job change.

But if she is the primary applicant (the I-140 was sponsored by her current employer), then it is different story. Because she changes her job before the I-485 pending < 180 days, her I-485 may be denied if the employer withdraws the I-140 or USCIS find her job change and make a decision before the I-485 pending > 180 days.
