你好，



我父亲是中国护照，这次探亲来美，准备和我(绿卡)一起去墨西哥旅游。



父亲这次探亲住了半年后，又作过一次延期，移民局把延期批准了， B2 延期到2015的

五月底(I-797A notice)。


定了行程后，忽然发现他的护照上的贴纸签证(领事馆出的)有效期至Jan 15/2015,

(过期的)，


现在急问一下入境墨西哥和回美国会不会有什么麻烦？
-No problem to reenter US from Mexico as long as he returns to US within 30 days. Bring the I-797A notice with the I-94 and the passport for the travel. But I am not sure whether your father needs a Mexico visa to enter Mexico. So, you need to check the website of Mexico Embassy in US.
