今天见了律师，说LP 最好在收到B2的30 天以后file 485， 30/90 rule。
-I agree with the lawyer

如果LP 收到job offer，也要等30天去边境签TN，
-No. Can go there any time.

然后再等30天 file 485？
-Not need for TN. But need to get TN first, then file I-485, otherwise, can not get TN after filing I-485 due to immigration intent.
