在申请CR1签证的时候还可以用旅游签证b1进入美国吗

美国公民在中国和中国公民结婚，在等待CR1签证期间，如果不可以用B1/B2签证来美国，问有什么办法可以解决二地分居，听说CR1要等15个月，谢谢。
