我的父亲为我们的家人提交EB-2移民申请。
我们的 priority date 是 5/22/2012。Approval Date 是 11/9/2012。 中间的pending time 是 171 天。我出生的年日是 11/23/1991。
按照 CSPA 的算法，pending time 在计算实际年龄是会补偿的。
很多网上CSPA的计算器在算我的年龄时得出了一个结论：
"The beneficiary retains the status of a child if the priority date is/was current by the May 2013 bulletin."
中国大陆出生的EB-2申请排期没有在 MAY 2013 时排到 5/22/12， 今年的二月也只排到 3/15/2010。
如果按照结论的看法，我的年龄已经 "aged out," 我已经不能再用dependent的身份获得永久居民的身份。我只能看下有没有其他的方法申请绿卡。

Your father or mother may file I-130 for you using F2B category after he or she gets his/her green card, and the priority date of the I-140 may be used as the F2B priority date (i.e. you still can get some benefits from CSPA).
