10几年前, 我因为与人争执, 被警察给了一个class c misdemeanor 的ticket, 但法庭判我无罪。中间过程有点无奈。申请绿卡时, 我填拉。现在申请公民。却无法找到copy. 律师让我去county court and city court 去找。可都是无记录。
-It is possible the record was sealed or expunged because it is a small case and 法庭判我无罪. But USCIS will find your record during the background check.

我全是certified copies,
-Provide what you have.

律师有点不相信。我应该如何填申请表? 如实填写。可我根本记不得细节。如何办最好?
-Write what you remember and based on the certified copy.
