back to China with H1 or OPT

hi,
i am a senior student in univeristy of Maryland.and i will graduate in December, 2003.
i've already applied OPT for next a year.
but i am trying to go back to china.
is it possible?

also i am planing to apply H1-visa since i have a job in Verginia. they will sponsor for me.
what is the procedure for applying? and how much does it cost? and how long it takes?
