请教8老师,EB2 I-485 is current, but no case update

8老师, 我的EB2 I-485 在2015年1月份排期到了, PD是1/6/2010. 可是到现在case还没有更新,一直在Texas Service Center, 只是停留在2012年9月RFE was received的状态. 我的RFE是birth certificate. 我的原始材料里已经有了出身公正, 2012年 收到RFE后,把出身公证, 翻译公公正正地再寄了一遍. 前几天发了case status inquery, 下面是inquery回复EMAIL.

Our records indicate that the underlying petition for this Form I-485 is a second preference category with a priority date of 1/6/2010. A visa is currently available for your application and your case has been requested for review. 我的问题是:

 

一般I-485排期到了, 需要多久可以APPROVE?

 

如果到下个月15日还没有消息,我应该怎么办? 可以向他们的TEXAS Service Center直接发EMAIL?或者其他方法?
