谢谢8老师的回复。我的绿卡是搭上我太太I-485的快车拿到的。我通过网上查询，所以才fiel了130。我儿子入美时是H4，没再动过，就给他开始申请绿卡了。不知他的H4是不是早过期了，这有影响吗？
