需要双方的出生公证就行了吗？
-Yes.

还是需要特殊的公证证明兄妹关系？
-Had better do it or do the 户口本公证 if the 户口本 contains both of your names.

申请递交以后，在等待期间， 他们还能办理旅游签证来美吗？
-Yes.
