我是从模板看到的，对 re New York State Dept. of Transportation 22 I&N Dec. 215 (Comm. 1998).这一句话有点疑问，请问这样写可以吗
The evidence submitted herewith will specifically demonstrate that I qualify for a National Interest Waiver under the standards set by In re New York State Dept. of Transportation 22 I&N Dec. 215 (Comm. 1998).
