 朋友的孩子持F1来美上大学，failed两门课， 被学校drop了，用原有的I-20表转到社区大学
读了两年（没有学位），之后申请在一家小公司training, 得到批准（有OPT Card）, 想申
请H1-B working viza, 问了两个律师，都说没有学士学位，办不了。

象他这种情况有可能申请到H1-B working viza？
-If he/she has no Bachelor degree or above (at least 4 year study at college level), he/she has to have enough working experience. Three year working experience equals to one year college study. So, he/she is not qualified for the H-1 application at present.  Read this link:
