我用EB3拿到了AP和EAT卡，今年想回国看亲人。但听说要是用AP回美国的话我就自动放弃了H1签证，但我现在还是想保持我的H1身份，所以有点顾虑。请问，如果我用了AP，就不能保持H1的身份了吗？
-Your status will be parolee after using AP to enter US, but you still have the H-1 benefits such as you can continue to work for the employer without using EAD, etc. You can still renew your H-1 or transfer H-1 to reinstate your H-1 status as the H-1 holder normally does. So, Using AP does not affect you anything.

另外， 我的458表递交已经超过180天，我想换工作，但是又害怕影响绿卡的批准？
-No as long as you work in the same/similar field.
