父母移民关于G325a 的问题, 有劳8老师了，先拜谢！

1. G325a 我的理解是我填一份，我妈填一份，我爸填一份。对吗？
2.  G325a 有一条, This form is submitted in connection with application for?
有三个选项：
Naturalizations
Statues as Permit Residence
Other ( Specify)

我父母当然选Statues as Permit Residence， 我的那份表难道也选这个？
3. G325a 有签名一栏。但在最底部有一个黑框，Applicant: Print your name and alien registration number in box outliner in the heavy board below. 这是要我们正楷手写吗？
