What You Can Do
For a duplicate approval notice, you must file a Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, with the applicable filing fee and original signature. Please be sure to fill in your receipt number on Form I-824 in Part 3, Additional Information, Question 1.

-This EB-1B I-140 approval notice should be sent to your employer or the lawyer and I feel strange why your employer did not receive it. Did your employer change address? Anyway, only your employer or the lawyer can file I-824 to get the duplicate, not you.
