I am waiting for my LC. My case had been sent to fedral labor department about eight month.I will . I pretty sue that i can't file the I140 and I485 by the end of this year.My question is 1) how the new change in the NPC or PERM gonna affect me. 2) Does anyone still wait for LC knows what time the case they are working on now ? (i am at chicago area) Thanks.
