8老师,我现在正在填I-131, 其中Part I, 第6项: Class of Admission 不知道如何填写, 请帮忙解答.

另外, 因为家属要在二月下旬离美回国, 怕来不急打指纹, 因为申请Re-Entry Permit要缴: $360 + $85 = $445, 所以担心申请失败,白花钱.

另外, 付费的支票是用一张还是两张?

支票是随申请材料一起寄吗?

-If he/she will return to US within one year, not need to apply for it. Otherwise, yes.

还有就是, 在I-131 的instruction里面没有找到将填好后的FORM及相关材料寄去哪里, 我们现在San Jose, CA(加州), 您知道要将材料寄到哪里吗?
