想回国呆七个月左右。还需要办AP吗？
-Not need. It is "RP" (reentry permit), not "AP".

从来没有申请过。是否这第一次申请应该是免费的？
-If you apply for RP, Need to pay the filing fee.

因为在申请绿卡前本来是可以免费申请的。已经有了绿卡再申请AP还要付费吗？谢谢
