请教： 兄弟姐妹结婚了的孩子可否随他们移民入境？

当时我给我的妹妹申请移民时她孩子未婚并且少于21岁。现在快排到期了，但是孩子正在考虑结婚（年龄现在近30岁），此种情况会否影响这个孩子随父母来美移民？请有经验的坛友给予指导。
