刚刚把父母的绿卡申请交上去，还没收到receipt。结果同时收到3个月前为他们交的B2延期申请的RFE。有2个问题：
1， 还需要responde那个RFE吗？
-Not necessary, but if it is not difficult to provide what the RFE asked, just do it.

2，respond后会否影响到他们的130/485，因为似乎这样有点confliction in intension
-Not affect anything no matter what.
