1. 申请Re-Entry permit时需要哪些手续, 要准备哪些材料, 递交给谁?

大约需要多久才能得到结果?
-3 to 4 months.
2. 她本月底来美, 二月下旬回国. 若在此其间没有拿到结果而是在她离美后才有结果,那么还有效吗?
-She can leave US after doing the fingerprinting (not need to wait for the RP approval).
3. 申请Re-Entry permit时必须人在美国吗?
-Yes, I-131 has to be filed when she is in US physically.
可以在外国的领事馆申请吗?
-No.
