提出入籍申请N400后，我应该在提出申请的州居住3个月，这个要求和连续居住要求必须同时满足吗? 有这个说法吗？
-Yes. If you have stayed there for a long time, but just visit China for a while and come back to the same state to file N-400, you are OK.
