请问打指纹的center是由I-130和I-485里填的address决定的，
还是由I-130的第22条 填的city和state？
22条问的是“Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in"
问的原因是父母现在在妹妹那里，所以打指纹想在那里打。听说那个城市的center打指纹walk-in不接受。
但是绿卡面试时父母可能在我这里，所以想知道22条是不是绿卡面试的center。
