本人是公民正在为太太申请绿卡 同时申请advance parole. My wife is out of status. 我的问题是。如果太太有advance parole 是否保证太太能顺利返美?
-If her illegal stay was less than 180 days, she should be fine to use the approved AP for travel.

because she doesn't have valid visa?
