我办公民后，小孩子直接随父母办了美国护照，那么18岁小孩如何办公民纸呢？多谢
-File N-600 if your child got the US citizenship before 18 years old even if he/she is 18 years  or older now. But if he/she has US passport, he/she does not need to get the US citizenship certificate.
