请问，H1B中断多久才必须申请新的H1B？之前，我记得是一年，看来我是错了。
-If you want to get another 6-year new H-1 quote, you need to stay outside US for at least one year (one year or more). If you still have old H-1 duration which you spent less than 6 years and you stay outside US for > one year, then you have two choices: 1. get a new 6 year H-1 quote; or 2. use the left old H-1 time to work (not need new H-1 quote), for example, after you worked with H-1 status for 4 years, then you left US for one year, thus, you do not have to get a new H-1 quote, but just work using the left two year H-1.
In above case, the person 2013年初回北京工作 and he will be qualified for a new H-1 quote application on April 1, 2015 if he wants to.
