我父母本打算明年四月底回国的. 如果一起申请了ADVANCE PAROLE, 他们明年四月还可以回国吗?谢谢
-They don't need to leave US even if the I-94 expires. They can use the advance parole (AP) to travel after they get the approved AP in hand. But if their illegal stay is for  > 180 days before they file I-485, they had better not leave US until they get the green card.  In other words, if they file I-485 before their illegal stay is for  < 180 days, they can use AP to travel.
