还是续前面的问题。我父母在美时同时交了130和485。因为回国前没拿到回美证，现在485被拒了。
今天收到130的批准，说是已经转到NVC处理。是不是这样就不需要另外提交I-824了？
-Right. It is good news to you. It seems your letter addressing your parents are in China made USCIS sent your approved I-130 to NVC. This IO is very good (normally they don't do that and you need to file I-824). NVC will contact you and send you instructions. You may contact NVC a few weeks later to see whether they received the I-130.
