8老师你好，请问拿TN签证在美国工作，现在想换工作而且有了Offer，那需要自己去边境重新申请新公司的TN，还是可以境内填I-129申请，可以自己申请吗？
-Either you go to border to get the TN I-94 or the employer files I-129 for you (you can not work for the new employer until the I-129 is approved). So, you may just go to the border to get the I-94 and work for the new employer quickly.

还是要新雇主出面申请，不加急的话需要2个月吧，必须拿到新的TN才可以去新公司吧？谢谢！
