urgent Q about I-140 approval

I have just recieved my NIW I-140 approval notice. But there is one mistake,
the USCIS mistaken to put "Soviet Scientists Sec. 203 (b) (2) (A), P. L. 102-509". My lawyer told me that he has already sent an inqury to USCIS asking for correction. Do you guys have known similar situation?

Can I file I-485 right now, or I have to wait for the right notice?
