准备给父母移民，妈在这里呆着，没什么问题。主要是爸，他现在并没有想过来呢，在国内好玩。但是想给他们两个一起交申请。在交申请前，会让爸去签次证，反正现在可以有10年的签证了。然后签完后，就交移民申请材料，等到要打指纹的时候，让他过来。
想问问如果这样做的话，到时候入境会不会有问题，因为那时候他已经是申请移民了，可是拿着B1/B2 VISA进入。谢谢。
另外问下，打指纹到INTERVIEW一般需要多少时间？thanks a lot
-After they file the green card application, they can not apply for or use the B2 visa anymore due to immigration intent. They need to apply for AP to travel after they file I-485.
