我现在身份属于‘gap'，可以file 485 吗？
-Fine as long as the gap is less than 180 days. You had better also file I-765 for the EAD application when you file I-485.

 据说131（AP） pending期间是不可以离开美国的，不知是否正确？
-If your I-131 pending (you don't have approved AP in hand), you only can apply for the H-1 visa to come back.

NIW 485 是否只要现在在同一领域工作就行？
