Question on I-130 Approval Letter

I received the I-797 approval letter for I-130 on behalf of my sister. It says:

"..If you have not received any correspondence from the NVC within 30 days, you may contact the NVC by email.."

Does it mean NVC will contact me within 30 days from now on?
