I-130批准后NVC的文件寄给谁？

here is the quote from the I-797 approval letter:

"..If you have not received any correspondence from the NVC within 30 days, you may contact the NVC by email.."

I take it as NVC will contact me within 30 days after the I-797 approval letter?
