在请教8老师，关于给兄弟姐妹办绿卡

请问从排期到，到最后拿到immigration visa大概需要多长时间。我哥大概想14年后来美国。现在的排期是12年，不知道现在申请是不是早了些。应该等两年再申请吗？多谢了。
