他们的结婚证丢了，现在要托人补办还是等移民局的通知呢？
-Ask someone in China to do 婚姻状况公证 for them.

还有我也没有给他们办中国的无犯罪记录，也要补上是不？
-If they are in US to file I-485, this document is not needed unless their fingerprinting fails.
