朋友的儿子在美国读硕士F1 , 没有毕业，就直接H1b 工作了。期间，他修完硕士课程，毕业。单位帮助申请劳工证被拘。现在H1b extension 又被拘。

请问，他可以重回去F1 reinstatement 拿Opt工作吗？
-If he has graduated for > 60 days, he can not get the OPT anymore unless he gets another Master or Dr. degree.
