But, how do you know you are RIR or not.
Whether there are two different types? RIR or Regular Permenant?

There is big difference between two types. The later one is one year later than the first one in VA.

For example, the DOL is processing RIR cases on Aug 15, 2003, but, as for regular permanent, the updated processing date is July, 2002.
