本人F2，老公在OPT期间，file了H1B的申请，刚拿到收据，我正在DIY转H4签证。

1.皮老师在博客中说Part 1部分的Expires on (mm/dd/yyyy) F2写D/S,但问题是下载的I-539这个地方只让填日期，我应该填F2 visa的过期日还是留空打印出来手填D/S呢？
-Your F-2 I-94 expiration date is your spouse's F-1 OPT expiration date.

2.Part3部分 I/We request that my/our current or requested status be extended until (mm/dd/yyyy): 这个是不是申请延期的才填？我第一次申请H4留空就行吧？
-In Part 3, you need to choose "3. Yes, filed previously and pending with USCIS. Receipt #____(Put your spouse's H-1 receipt# there)", then fill "4...." (put the petitioner name-i.e. your spouse's employer/company name), and USCIS Office name where the H-1 pending, and filed date-i.e. the receipt date. Provide the copy of the H-1 receipt with your I-539 filing.

3. 材料清单：按照instruction准备的，I-539，结婚证及certified translation，老公的收据Form I-797C，本人F2的I-94原件-Photocopy is OK。这些就够了吧？
-Also need the copies of your spouse I-20 and the OPT EAD (both sides), and his latest 3 month paycheck stubs. 

和律师说了要DIY，现在向律师要I-129，也不给我们。心里还是没底，还是请老师给看一下，谢谢了：）
-Not need I-129 copy.
